The Water Inno Awards is the first ever innovation awards in Malaysia held in conjunction with the Malaysia Water 2009 Exposition & Conference. The award is organized by the Malaysian Water Association, Malaysian Association of Research Scientists and Protemp Exhibitions Sdn Bhd. SAJH submitted their Integrated Geographical Information System (IGIS) as an entry in the Computer Software and Training category won the Bronze. With IGIS, relevant SAJH personnel are able to access integrated information on water quality, billing, distribution work-in-progress, production asset maintenance and remote monitoring system – allowing constant monitoring of water supply quality, water disruptions, system shutdowns, overflows and improved service levels to its customers.
