SAJ Holdings Sdn Bhd (SAJH) has recently been awarded the BestPracticing Organisation Category in Global Achievement at the 5th Global Emerging Knowledge Organisation (GEKO) Award 2009. The initiatives of Knowledge Management (KM) in SAJH Info Centre had helping in addressing some critical issues concerning complaint management. General Manager’s of SAJH’s Operation, Zainuddin Md Ghazali said that,“The decision to embark on KM was another initiative of SAJH to further develop human capital as well as to capturing important knowledge among the staff”. He also added, that “KM is used as a tool for integrate all knowledge”. This event held on 11th August 2009 in Berjaya Times Square Hotel, Kuala Lumpur. The 5th GEKO award 2009 was present by Deputy Minister of Higher Education, YB Dato’ Saifuddin Abdullah. Organized by JT Frank Academy, The GEKO award is the first and the most prestigious Global Recognition Award for Emerging Knowledge-based Organisations that adopt a structured roadmap to pioneer, sustain and innovate the Practice of Knowledge Management (POKM) in achieving outstanding performance and competitive advantage. |
