The most inaugural event for Ranhill Utilities and SAJH, KM Conference 2009 was held in Grand Paragon Hotel, Johor Bahru recently. The aim is to ensure the continuity of the knowledge management culture in the organization and act as a platform in accomplish most valuable assets in the organization, which is organizational knowledge.

The KM Conference organized last year has given an impressive impact on the effort to inculcate knowledge management culture as it shows significant influence to the company’s mission. During this year conference, the best practice team amongst all knowledge management projects established by the Certified Knowledge Practitioner (CKPs) presented their knowledge and experience in the development of the K-products.

Prior to this conference, a pre conference was held in SAJH Training Center at Sg Layang to select the best k-products established for 2009 from a total of 45 participations. Among 5 final selections during the pre conference, KILAU, from Customer Services won the best presentation titled ‘Penyelenggaraan & Penyimpanan Meter Terpakai’. Also, reward and recognition sessions were held to individual who involved actively and contributed towards knowledge management journey, and the award session presented by CEO of SAJH, Abdul Wahab Abdul Hamid.
