The aim is to ensure the continuity of the knowledge management culture in the organization and act as a platform in accomplish most valuable assets in the organization, which is organizational knowledge. The KM Conference organized last year has given an impressive impact on the effort to inculcate knowledge management culture as it shows significant influence to the company’s mission. During this year conference, the best practice team amongst all knowledge management projects established by the Certified Knowledge practitioner (CKPs) presented their knowledge and experience in the development of the K-products. Prior to this conference, a pre conference was held in Malaysia Productivity Corporation (MPC) to select the best k-products established for 2010 from a total of 36 participations. Among 6 final selections during the pre conference, Smart Mirror, from network of Kota Tinggi won the best presentation titled ‘Locating water pipes manually’. Also, awards giving ceremony were held to the best KM Bulletin Board to Bandar Tenggara water treatment plant, and the award session presented by CEO of SAJ, Abdul Wahab Abdul Hamid.  Also presence during the launching ceremony is RUSB CEO, Ahmad Zahdi Jamil.
